3M 8511 N95 Disposable Respirator, Pack of 80

3M™ Particulate Respirator 8511, N95 is a disposable particulate respirator designed to help provide reliable respiratory protection of at least 95 percent filtration efficiency against certain non-oil based particles. This respirator is intended for use to help reduce exposure to certain airborne particulates such as coal, silica, iron ore, metal, wood, biological and certain other particles, as well as liquid or non-oil based particles from sprays that do not also emit oil aerosols or vapors. The respirator incorporates 3M's proprietary technology with advanced electrostatically charged microfiber filter media designed for ease of breathing, and is compatible with a variety of protective eyewear and hearing protection.

This particulate respirator is NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) approved for environments containing certain non-oil based particles and provides at least 95 percent filter efficiency. The soft inner material provides added comfort, while the cup-shape design makes the respirator spacious and durable. Braided headbands and an adjustable M-nose clip help provide a custom and secure seal. Fitted with a 3M™ Cool Flow™ Exhalation Valve, this respirator is suitable for physically demanding environments.

The 3M Cool Flow Valve, incorporating proprietary technology, helps reduce heat and humidity build-up inside the respirator to help keep the wearer more comfortable, making it ideal for use in hot/dusty work settings requiring long periods of wear. The M-noseclip adjusts easily for fewer pressure points, achieving a custom and secure seal for greater comfort.

The braided headbands and two-strap design with dual point attachment help provide a custom and secure seal. The highly charged microfibers in the filter media enhance the capture of airborne particles while allowing for easier breathing.

This 3M™ Particulate Respirator 8511, N95 is designed for use in applications such as grinding, sanding, sweeping, sawing, bagging, or other dusty operations, as well as for protection against wildfire smoke inhalation.
